Ball valves are typically quarter turn valves. By rotating the ball by the operator, via the stem, through 90 Degrees rotation, either an on or off flow condition can be achieved within the process.

Euroguarco manufactures ball valves in forged or cast steel and alloys, by trunnion and floating construction type, lever and gear operated or motorized with any type of actuator: electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and gas over oil.

Euroguarco possess API 6D certificate (nr 6D-1411) and manufacture ball valves with construction conforming to API 6D, ASTM, ANSI, ASME, EN, DIN, BS.

Various optional designs are available: fire safe design, cryogenic service, buried service, sour service, stem extended, metal-to-metal, antistatic device, blow-out proof stem, etc.

Floating Ball Valves

Main features:

Floating ball valves are mainly used for low-pressure service, for reducing the operating torque and decrease the valve wear.

• Construction: full or reduced port design, in two or three pieces;
• Size: ½” up to 12”;
• Class rating: ASME 150# to 2500# (PN, API and other Pressure Class Valves available on request);
• End connection: threaded NPT or SW up to 2”, flanged up to 6”;
• Materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex & Super Duplex Steel and Special Alloys all in Cast and Forged production type;
• Seating: Soft Seated or Metal Seated;
• Operator: Lever, Gear or Actuator (any type).

Trunnion Ball Valves

Main features:

Trunnion mounted ball valves are designed for withstanding higher pressure matched to high or low temperature, widely used for a variety of applications for crude oil, natural gas pipelines and others.

• Construction: Full or reduced port design, in two or three pieces, split body/side entry, top entry, three-way, and double block & bleed;
• Size: ½” up to 36”
• Class rating: ASME 150# to 2500# (PN, API and other Pressure Class Valves available on request);
• End connection: Flanged or BW;
• Materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex & Super Duplex Steel and Special Alloys all in Cast and Forged production type;
• Seating: Soft Seated or Metal Seated;
• Operator: Lever /Wrench, Gear or Actuator (any type).
